Person Centred and Integrative Therapy, tailored for your unique needs, delivered with a supportive and gentle approach
Meet Victoria……..
Hi, I’m Victoria, I’m a Humanistic Therapist, and Fineshade Therapy is my private practice. I support people experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.
You might be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or the impact of past experiences. Whatever your challenges, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and without judgement.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, which means I gently tailor each session to your unique needs. I offer a warm, compassionate and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted just as you are.
If you are exploring the possibility of having therapy to help you make sense of what feels troubling, you may be feeling apprehensive and unsure about what to expect. If this resonates with you, I warmly invite you to explore my website to see whether the support I offer feels right for you.
I work with a wide range of people who may be experiencing different emotional and life challenges, including:
Feelings of anxiety, stress or being emotionally overwhelmed.
Low mood, depression, or a lack of motivation
The impact of trauma, including complex PTSD
Difficulties in relationships or navigating interpersonal dynamics
Self-criticism, low self-esteem, or a harsh inner voice
Work-related stress, pressure, and burnout
Grief, loss, and adjusting to major life changes or transitions
Exploring or living with neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism
Who I work with:
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant moment, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your choice of therapist.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call, giving you a space to share what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have. It’s also an opportunity to get a sense of how I work and to decide whether it feels like a good fit for you.
There’s no pressure or obligation—just a chance to connect and explore what support might look like for you.
